This loaf sometimes referred to as ‘black bread’ is inspired by the classic German recipe. We have modified our version to be a lot less dense to suit the British palette. It has a distinct deep flavor, which awakens the appetite and creates the desire to eat more!
Serving Suggestions: Just like our European neighbours eat it we recommend you try this bread with smoked meats, smoked fishes & smoked cheeses.
