Due to the nature of the goods we ship we ask that upon receipt of the goods, they are stored appropriately.
You have 14 calendar days to inform us of a fault or defect with a product we've shipped to you from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We require proof of damages or faults with your goods in the form of photographic or other evidence sent with your request.
Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or send a replacement. If you opt for a refund, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs should you decide to return an item to us. Due to the nature of shipping frozen goods, our couriers do not refund us on shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
